After our call, you’ll receive a welcome pack, your client agreement and your first invoice. Once payment is received, we’ll lock in your content plan, book your strategy session, and begin creating your custom content. From there, you can sit back and watch your socials come to life!

We primarily work with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn but we're happy to discuss content creation for any platform depending on your business needs. If you have specific platform preferences, just let us know during your enquiry call.
Yes - to create content that truly reflects your brand, we'll need your logo, any existing brand photos, hex codes (brand colours), and any specific fonts or visual elements you use. If you don't have any of these, we have partners we can refer you to, or we can help guide you as well.
We typically plan and create your content 2-4 weeks in advance. This gives time for approvals, revisions and scheduling (if part of your package). This ensures all your content is always timely, perfect and redy to go.
Absolutely! Each piece of content includes one revision, whether it's a caption tweak or complete rewrite, visual change or trying again to hit the nail on the head. Any extra revisions beyond that can be added at a hourly rate - but we aim to get it right the first time with clear communication up front.
No, our contracts are not locked in. We sign the agreement at the start and each month we invoice you at the start of the month. If you wish to cancel, we need 30 days' notice in writing.
